BIO:

Samuel Laurent (Sammie King)

an artist from Brooklyn, NY who uses his gifts and talents to spread positivity and inspire others. Sammie uses his Christian faith and life experiences in a way that not only inspires and attracts young people but people of all ages

Sammie stumbled into his faith after a house fire at the age of 14 led him and his family to seek shelter at a local church next door on New Year's Day. While there, he was able to express his gifts through the various art programs provided. At the age of 16, Sammie had fully devoted his life to Christ & accepted the mantle to spread hope through his words. 

While in college Sammie started releasing original music. He self produced his first EP “New State of Mind” and followed with two more small projects. While in school Sammie majored in Television & Radio and minored in Marketing with the goal of one day establishing his own entertainment company.
